How long does shipping take within North America?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes between 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I wash my Hush blanket at home?
Yes, all Hush covers are machine washable. Simply unzip the outer cover and wash on a cold, gentle cycle, then hang to dry. The inner weighted insert should be spot cleaned only.
What is your return policy and the 100-night trial?
We offer a 100-night sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first 100 days, you can return it for a full refund. Please note that return shipping fees may apply.
Are your products safe for children?
We offer specific 'Hush Kids' blankets designed with appropriate weights and sizes for children. We do not recommend using adult-sized weighted blankets for children under the age of 5 or those who cannot move the blanket off themselves.
